A paper Yellow Lady Slipper Orchid mounted in a wooden frame. This Lady Slipper is one of our most magnificent native wildflowers. I modelled it after one found blooming near our property in Lanark. I did my best to accurately recreate the strange "pouch" shape into which pollinators enter.
The plant is mounted into a shallow wooden box that has been mounted onto another board. The total size is 10 x 12". The box is painted cream on the inside behind the flower while the rest of the frame has been stained with wood varnish for a natural finish. There is hanging hardware on the back.
All of my paper flowers, leaves, and plants, are made from high quality materials. They have been sprayed with a UV resistant spray and are made to last! I will include care instructions with your purchase.
